Ube Pinta

A smooth ice cream made from real ube; we built this flavor by soaking ube halaya jam, made in-house, in our coconut cream base. Ube is a type of yam used in Filipino cuisine, known for its vibrant purple color and subtly sweet, nutty flavor.
